The challenge

Business teams relied on email and spreadsheets for several processes, and data had to be copied between systems by hand.

Designed and delivered Power Apps and Power Automate solutions on top of SharePoint Online.
Built Azure Data Factory pipelines to bring data from several source systems into the application’s backend.
Delivered change requests, with unit testing and documentation for each release.

Manual steps were replaced with tracked, automated processes, and data now arrives where it’s needed without being copied by hand.
